Hello everyone today in this special session, I’m
going to talk about food. But in this case I’m going to talk about differents
kind of food like fast and healthy food.
-Healthy food is considered beneficial to health in ways that go beyond a
normal healthy diet required for human nutrition. There exist a big range of
food to make healthy lunches, is not necessary to eat the same things everyday
and be healthy can be very taste.
-Another kind of food that exist is the delicious fast food, characterized for not be healthy. The famous places that you can find this kind of food are McDonald’s, Burger King, Juan Maestro, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Doggis, Pizza Pizza, Pizza Hut, among others. To sorrow that this food is not healthy, it is a good option for people who don’t have a lot of time to have lunch.
I like fast food but when I eat a lot in a short period of time it scourges me! See you in another session blog…
